The Coping Cue Cards Movement Deck is a deck of cards designed to help kids learn healthy coping skills. It has 44 coping skills cards with simple movement strategies to help them regulate their emotions.

The deck includessmall body movements, like flexing and pointing feet, or rolling your shoulders,big body movementslike skipping or riding a scooter. There are some strategies that work outside, some that work inside, and some that work in both locations.
